TDO offers the following services:
The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. By making payment you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via PayFast. TDO does not store card or banking details.
Once-off services (including the R350 SEO Audit) are payable in full before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing period.
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel before the audit has commenced. Once the audit report has been delivered, no refund will be issued as the service has been fully rendered.
To request a cancellation before delivery, email hello@t-do.co.za with your name and order reference. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the full deposit is refunded. The remaining balance is due on delivery. No refund is issued once the completed site has been handed over.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing period is non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the notice period.
The SEO Audit report is delivered within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment. Web design projects are delivered within the timeline agreed in writing at the start of the project.
Delays caused by the client (e.g. outstanding content, access, or approvals) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website files, audit report). TDO retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TDO's proprietary frameworks, tooling, and internal methodologies (including the EFV™ standard) remain the intellectual property of The Digital Opportunity.
